Joanna Kirk, Director of Kairus Ltd, has over twelve years experience working as an Air Quality Assessor.
She is a member of the Institute of Air Quality Management, Institute of Environmental Sciences and a licensed Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.
Having worked for some of the largest environmental consultancies in the UK including Capita Symonds, Halcrow and until recently, ENVIRON UK, she has gained extensive experience of managing a wide range of projects. Joanna has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including developers, architects, planning consultants, builders and regulatory authorities.
She has experience of completing and reviewing a broad spectrum of air quality assessments including large residential, commercial, health and educational developments, industrial and agricultural processes, construction and demolition schemes, dust and odour impact assessments and monitoring surveys.
In close liaison with a number of sustainability practitioners she has undertaken Code assessments for a range of residential developments, from single dwellings to large residential developments of up to 500 dwellings.
